Skull Matrix technology integrates MIPS® and Boa® for adaptive fit and comfort, while Fidlock® magnetic buckle and fixed ventilation add convenience. Compatible with the MOD1 PRO Chin Guard, this helmet delivers trusted slalom protection with Mikaela Shiffrin’s signature look.

Dura-Matter is Oakley’s most robust construction, using an injected molded shell over EPS foam. It is dent and ding resistant, delivering the highest durability.
Skull Matrix
Skull Matrix merges MIPS® and Boa® into one adaptive fit system. It enhances comfort and safety by reducing rotational impact forces while keeping the helmet securely fitted.
MIPS® Rotational Protection
MIPS® is a low-friction layer inside the helmet that reduces rotational motion transferred to the brain during angled impacts.
Fidlock® Chin Buckle
The Fidlock® magnetic buckle allows quick fastening and release, even with gloves on, for race-day ease.
Fixed Ventilation
Fixed vents in the front improve goggle airflow, while top vents regulate temperature and keep racers cool.
