Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or refund for eligible products according to product condition, delivery status, and order details. Personalized or custom-made racewear may have limited return eligibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible returned items should be unused, undamaged, clean, and in original condition with any included packaging or accessories. Customers must contact DASH RACEGEAR before sending any item back.

Customized race suits, personalized names, race numbers, flags, bespoke sizing, and made-to-order products may not be returnable unless the product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
