Custom and personalized products

Customized race suits, personalized names, race numbers, flags, bespoke sizing, and made-to-order products may not be returnable unless the product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
