Easy to order

Easy to order, but don't like the use of Parcel Force, you try to leave delivery instructions and they cancel the planned delivery and reschedule or tell you to pick up from depot. My wife had to cancel her plans and wait for the delivery. Most other courier companies are easier to deal with.

20 pound delivery and it took a week to get here.. stuff can get here within 2 days if a company really wanted to. Average postage cost is about 8 pound and arrives in a couple days. It can be easily done so No excuses 20 is a rip off and you are taking advantage. Shocking and daylight robbery.
