  1. Height: Stand barefoot and measure floor to the top of the head.
  2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part with the tape level.
  3. Waist: Measure around the natural waist without pulling tight.
  4. Hips: Measure around the fullest point.
  5. Arm: Measure shoulder to wrist with a slight elbow bend.
  6. Inside leg: Measure crotch to ankle.

Measure over lightweight clothing. If between sizes, choose the larger size.
