The fully autonomous Tech-Air® 3 requires no external connections or sensors, simplifying usage while maximizing protection. Six integrated sensors, including accelerometers and gyroscopes, provide optimal crash monitoring even in varied riding scenarios or when stationary. Activation is seamless with the magnetic zip closure, and when not in use, the vest’s packable design allows it to be conveniently stored in a backpack or under a bike seat.

An LED display on the chest shows the airbag’s operational status and includes a haptic alert for system arming and low battery notifications. SIZE GUIDE

Tech-Air® 3 has been designed to be worn over a protective jacket and can also be worn under a properly fitting protective jacket.

Tech-Air® 3 Measurement Method: Please take the chest measurement, based on how you plan to wear the System. Once you have taken the measurement, consult the size guide below to determine the correct size for your Tech-Air® 3 System.

FOR WEARING OVER AN ALPINESTARS JACKET

If you already own an Alpinestars jacket, and you plan to wear the Tech-Air® 3 on the outside of the jacket, the recommended size for your Tech-Air® 3 System should be the exact size of the Alpinestars jacket that you plan to wear underneath the Tech-Air® 3 System. For example, if you wear a size L Neo Waterproof Hoodie, then the correct Tech-Air® 3 size for you should be a size L.

MEASUREMENT FOR WEARING OVER THE JACKET

If you plan to wear the Tech-Air® 3 on the outside of the jacket, then you need to take the chest measurement while wearing the jacket.

MEASUREMENT FOR WEARING UNDER THE JACKET

If you plan to wear the Tech-Air® 3 System under the protective jacket, you must take the chest measurement while wearing a base layer.

*The Tech-Air® 3 System must ALWAYS be used with a properly fitting outer garment to the user's appropriate body size. Use of the System inside an incorrectly sized outer garment, or with an outer garment that is not compliant with the size check recommendations, may result in the System malfunctioning or failure and injury, including severe injury and/or death.
